A Statewide Writing Contest

The Letters About Literature Essay Contest is sponsored by the Center for the Book in the Library of Congress and Target. Each state has the opportunity to participate. All statewide winners are also entered in the national contest. The participation guidelines are also available at the Library of Congress web site.
